The Flapjack Shack Welcomes You

Just a lady who enjoys baking flapjack and experimenting with new flavours and recipies.

I come from a long line of bakers in the family who are all very talented, even those who did not bake professionally where masters at the trade from my Great Grandmother Mable (her cakes are still spoken about to this day) to my Great Grandfather Burt who started the family baking business to which my Grandfather Robert took over and then my Father joined who is still baking today.

My Nanna June though was the lady who taught me everything to know about flapjacks and the secret to perfecting the bake. My earliest memory of making flapjack was with her. Now it's time to share with you all.
